Our Philosophy: Fair Rates, No Hidden Fees At Snap Crackle Posh, we believe you should pay what we pay. We eschew the "standard" high-margin shipping fees in favor of the Posh Delivery Guarantee. We utilize Pirate Ship to access deep-discounted commercial rates with USPS and UPS that are typically unavailable to the general public, allowing us to pass along dimensional—not just weight-based—discounts to you.

When Do We Ship & From Where? We ship the same day or the next business day from Oxford, AL.

How Our Shipping Works

  • At Checkout: Shopify calculates an estimated shipping rate based on the weight of your items and your zip code.
  • The Optimization: Before we print your label, we manually cross-reference your order through our discounted carrier network to find the absolute lowest rate based on your specific zip code and package dimensions.
  • Shipping Refund: If the actual cost to ship your order is lower than what you paid at checkout, we will refund the difference to your original payment method within 24 hours of your order shipping. You will receive an email notification to the address associated with your order.

Shipping Quotes & Multi-Box Orders: We Handle These Daily For oversized or multi-box orders, feel free to message us at https://www.facebook.com/snapcrackleposh before purchasing for a precision shipping quote. Please include the item number of each selection, your zip code, and advise if shipping will be to a residence or business. This ensures we take the appropriate steps to ensure the package is delivered and not returned. 

Processing & Tracking

  • Carrier Selection: We choose the carrier (USPS or UPS) that offers the best balance of speed and value for your specific location.
  • Tracking: Once your selections are professionally packaged, and postage purchased you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.
  • International Shipping: We currently only offer shipping within the United States.

Shipping Protection

  • Lost Packages: While we are not responsible for carrier errors, we are your advocates. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please message us via our Facebook page immediately so we can spearhead the claim process for you accurately. After shipping over 13,000 items, we know packages sometimes experience weather or carrier delays, but we have never had a package fail to reach a guest.
  • Delivery Timelines: Please note that holidays, inclement weather, and carrier-specific delays are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your investment-grade wardrobe arrives safely.
